COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION
When you use Fuse, we request information, including, but not limited to, your first and last name, corporate name, corporate address, corporate phone number, an e-mail address and password to create your Fuse account. We use such information to manage your account and to provide you with access to Fuse. We also use the information to notify you of technical updates to Fuse and subscribe you to our regular newsletter to share best practices, case studies, whitepapers, and news. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at anytime by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in the footer of the email.
We place e-mail links on the Fuse websites to allow you to contact us directly. The information you provide, which may include personal information, is used to respond directly to your questions or comments. We may also file your comments to improve Fuse, or review and discard the information.
Fuse collects information about how your End Users use your mobile applications using data sent from your applications to our servers. Your applications must have the Fuse software development kit (SDK) integrated in order for this to happen. Fuse provides aggregated, non personally-identifiable information on your End Users to you through various reports and our Fuse dashboard.
Data collected by Fuse may include: platform, SDK version, timestamp, API key (identifier for application), application version, device identifier, iOS Identifier for Advertising, Media Access Control (MAC) address, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), Model, manufacture and OS version of device, session start/stop time, locale (specific location where a given language is spoken), time zone, and network status (WiFi, etc.), location information (not sufficient to derive city and street names), gender, events, errors, and page views, IP address, device type and timezone of the user.
Fuse uses this data to enable user segmenting to enable customization of user experience, create reports for you to analyze your End Users and to create reports and/or metrics on your user base. In addition, we may provide you with the option of exporting raw Fuse data to your servers such as timestamp, platform, event, and user ID.
Fuse also allows you to segment the clicks and installs of your applications and in-app events by traffic acquisition sources, such as third-party ad networks. Fuse will use the End User’s device identifiers to help you keep track of clicks, installs, and in-app events. Fuse may receive End User data from your advertising partners and transfer back such End User data to your advertising partners for the sole purposes of standard business operations including frequency capping.
Fuse also uses End User data to allow you to send push notifications to users. Sending push notifications to users under the age of 13 is considered to be a violation of COPPA regulations. In order to be COPPA compliant, users of Fuse products should not engage with sending Push Notifications, if their apps target children, without first obtaining prior parental consent. All other data collection and tools within Fuse are compliant with COPPA regulations. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
USE OF DATA BY FUSE PARTNERS
Fuse is not responsible for any use by Fuse customers of any data about their End Users. End Users should review the customers’ privacy policies to understand their use of End User data.
You, as a customer, are responsible for obtaining all applicable End User consents to Fuse’s collection and use of the End User information.

OUR POLICY REGARDING CHILDREN

To learn more about COPPA, you may reference this simple one-page informational guide from the kidSAFE Seal Program.
This is done mainly by capturing non-personally identifiable information about End User activities and/or using such information solely to support the internal operations of our customers and Fuse.
